Tell me more about the Mind Mirrors...
Each
Mind
Mirror
springs
into
life
on
a
Monday
and
takes
form
of
a
'tree',
sometimes
with several branches and a root system.
This
tree
is
the
core
you
at
the
start
of
the
week,
and
if
you
are
drawn
to
one
of
the
flowering
branches,
this
is
the
one
you
should
follow
throughout
the
week
-
watch
it
grow,
follow
it’s
progress
-
This
branch
represents
the
issues
you're
currently
dealing
with
in
your life.
Each
day,
more
drawing
is
added
to
this
tree,
and
you'll
see
the
branches
change,
and
you'll
notice
interesting
shapes
appearing
around
them.
If
you
study
these
changing
shapes
each
day,
you'll
start
to
receive
insights
into
those issues you need help with.
At
the
end
of
the
week,
you'll
see
the
completed
Mind
Mirror
-
which
now
hides
the
original
tree
in
its
midst.
I
recommend
that
you
print
off
this
finished
drawing,
as
that
will
allow
you
to
turn
it
around
and
study
it
from
all
angles
-
you
may
see
more
in
it
upside
down!"
Things to look out for...
What
happened
to
the
original
branch
you
chose
at
the
beginning
of
the
week?
Has
it
expanded,
grown
thicker,
more
twisted,
is
it
flowing
outwards,
or
is
it
turning
back
on
itself, or swamped by other shapes?
What is the base of the tree like now?
Can
you
see
strong
foundations,
anchoring
the
tree
to
the
earth,
or
are
there
spaces
and
weaknesses
there?
Can
you
see
mystical
creatures,
birds,
animals
or
human
faces
around
the
tree,
and
what
do
you
think
they
want to tell you?
Has
the
ground
beneath
the
tree
turned
to
water
with
fish
and
water
creatures
swimming
in
it?
Does
it
all
seem
more
fluid
and
flowing
now?
Something
else
you
can
do
is
to
ask
your
Mind
Mirror
for
a
'Yes'
and
a
'No'
answers
to
your questions.
First
of
all
get
yourself
quiet
and
centred,
set
the
drawing
in
front
of
you
and
soften
your
gaze.
Now
ask
to
be
shown
where
your
“Yes”
is.
Notice
where
you
eye
is
drawn
to
and
remember
that
position.
Now
ask
it
where
your
“No”
is
and
do
the
same
again.
In
future,
whenever
you
have
an
important
question
you
need
an
answer
to,
you
now
have
a
simple
visual tool in your bag.
The
Mind
Mirror
can
also
teach
you
new
tricks...
study
it
before
you
sleep
and
discover
what
you
can
learn
from
your
dreams.
Learn
to
read
its
hidden
messages
and
you'll
develop a trust in your own intuition!
